Owens Corning Review: "Review of Owens Corning Vinyl Siding"

We had our three season sunroom and above it sided with Owens Corning vinyl siding from Home Depot approximately two years ago. We had a professional do the installation (we did the removal of the old siding ourselves). So far, we are very pleased with how it looks and the durability of it. We chose a yellowish color for the inside wall of the sunroom, and matched the outside above the roof with the brown color. We have had several comments on how attractive it looks in the sunroom and how you can't even tell that we matched the siding with the existing siding over the addition. It looks as new as the day it was installed. We live in the Northeast and tend to have high winds, and damp, cold, snowy winters. It is durable and still looks brand new. I can't say that there is anything that we are dissatisfied with. Our contractor did a great job and the warranty on the siding is lifetime. I think that your overall experience with going with Owens Corning siding is a positive one, provided you deal with a good contractor. We would definitely purchase the same brand again, and would recommend it to friends, family, and neighbors.

Owens Corning Review: "Happy With Owens Corning Siding"

I have owned my home for five and a half years and I am very happy with my siding. I particularly like that I can power wash the siding and it will clean up nicely and look almost brand new. Growing up my parents' house had wooden siding, and it was tiring having to repaint the siding every 5 years or so. I think that is my favorite aspect of vinyl siding. The upkeep is extremely easy.

Owens Corning Review: "Our Vinyl Siding"

We got our vinyl siding put on our house about 2 years ago, and I'm certainly glad we did. We did have some issues along the way, but it was a definite improvement over our stucco exterior that we had prior. I like the way that the siding makes the house look newer and increased the value. It also is a lot easier to maintain than the stucco. We can power wash this and it looks as good as new. No painting is involved. I dislike the fact that it took so long for the siding to actually get put up. Also, we have to power wash it pretty frequently, but all things considered, it was definitely worth it. So far in the 2 years that we've had it, we have not had to replace anything. Everything seems to still be in very good condition. I would definitely buy this brand again and I have already recommended it to a friend, several of whom have already updated their own homes. I absolutely love my Owens Corning siding.
