After being sold on the outstanding quality of Kaycan OceanPark I thought there couldn't be better siding. I was shown how the ultra thick panels would resist hail, rocks from the mower etc... Once installed my home was beautiful... For about 2 years. Then I noticed one day it rained the siding looked faded where the water splashed on the siding. I grabbed a new piece that was left in the garage to compare. It had seriously faded in only 2 years. Upon closer inspection it appears to have almost a chalky appearance that when it gets wet the color comes back. Very disappointed I contacted the vendor who promptly helped me file a warranty claim. It has now been almost 7 months with numerous calls and emails. And I am unsure if anything will happen. I have kept all my emails and notes between myself and Kaycan and have considered legal action. With the previous review I read it sounds like there may be a potential for a class action lawsuit.

Kaycan Review: "Kaycan's Garbage Siding"

I would highly advise anyone using vinyl siding not to use Kaycan siding, it is garbage,and will need to be replaced every 2-3 years. The problem is, getting kaycan to stand behind the garbage they are manufacturing. They will not return your calls or emails. BEWARE...Do not install Kaycan siding.
