I've owned my siding for a little over a year now, and while I was initially wowed by the ease with which I could power-wash dirty and debris off of it, the sun's effects have weathered and dulled my siding, again after only one year! Color choices were typical to most of the homes around town, and while my builder offered most of the options, I was not able to get a true "blue" color, and was forced to go with a green (coastal sage) which in some light does look blue-ish. It is relatively maintenance free, however given the choice to do over I would have gone with masonry or brick knowing now just how little life I expect this siding to actually have.
